Homemade ghee is the best. I add little bit when I make upma, ragi dosa, regular dosa for kids, quinoa biriyani etc. I make it with organic unsalted butter. Do you make ghee? . . . . We can have avocado every single day 🥑. Avocado mango salad and avocado with poached eggs are our favorites. This was our breakfast. My husband and I love to have it with lots of dried red chillies. J likes to have without dried red chillies. This is my entry for @thelittleplantation Kimberly’s #eatcaptureshare and today’s theme is Chef’s Table.
Little millet soup with lentils (masoor dal). For tempering I have used coconut oil, mustard seeds, Indian shallots, curry leaves, dried red chillies, and Kashmiri chilly powder. This sounds super simple but it was super delicious 😋 This was our lunch yesterday. . We love millets. Perfect substitute for rice. I bought this little millet from @rootzorganics17 #notsponsored .
