BLUEBERRY PANCAKES TOPPED WITH COCONUT YOGHURT

Who doesn’t like pancakes? I don’t think there is hardly anyone. Due to my husband’s dietary needs, he hasn’t had pancakes for quite a long time. As I don’t want my husband to miss most of the food items what others have, I came up with this super simple recipe which is healthy and tasty. We both love it. So, here is the recipe.

INGREDIENTS for 2 thick pancakes/3 not so thick:

Organic whole grain Spelt flour- 1/4 cup
Almond flour- 1/4 cup
Organic Egg- 1
Milk- 1/4 cup
Baking powder- 1/2 tsp
Organic Agave syrup- 1 1/2 Tsp
Blueberries- 20 #

Bran oil- 2 tsp

Method:

Mix everything well. Add blueberries at the end. Make pancakes. Top it with coconut yogurt and few more blueberries.
I used 1 1/2- 2 Tbsp of Coconut yogurt on each.

These pancakes are yummilicious! You should definitely try these.
